All eight episodes of Season 2 of Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches became available on Netflix on December 2nd, less than a year after they first aired on AMC. This means you can now stream all current episodes of the series. Created by Esta Spalding and Michelle Ashford, the show is part of Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe – the same world as Interview with the Vampire – and is based on her Lives of the Mayfair Witches novels. The series stars Alexandra Daddario as Rowan Fielding, a neurosurgeon who discovers she’s connected to a family of witches. Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, and Jack Huston also feature in the cast. The release of Season 2 follows the announcement that Mayfair Witches will be back for a third season.

Yamada explained that with Next Virtua Fighter Project – their first venture into the series – the studio is striving for a Game of the Year award. To achieve this, they want a wide audience to play the game, so they’re making sure it’s easy to learn and enjoy.

If the recent theories are correct, Shanks might have an older twin brother named Shamrock who is even more powerful. The latest chapter of One Piece, titled “Ida’s Sons,” hints at this possibility by starting to reveal details about Shanks’ past. The chapter shows Shanks was in the Holy Land to secretly gather information, but a comment made by Figarland suggests Shamrock could be stronger than him.

Frank Herbert’s Dune is a hugely influential science fiction novel that has inspired many adaptations, including the video game Dune II: The Building of a Dynasty released in 1992. Though not the very first of its kind, Dune II essentially created the blueprint for almost every real-time strategy (RTS) game we play today. Without it, popular franchises like Command & Conquer, Warcraft, and Age of Empires likely wouldn’t exist. Dune II is a foundational RTS title, but it’s surprisingly been overlooked. Many modern gamers are probably unfamiliar with it, even though they experience the conventions it pioneered. Despite being an older game, it’s still a clever and faithful adaptation of Herbert’s complex Dune universe.

Captain America arguably has one of the most satisfying story arcs of the original Avengers. He finally gets a happy ending with Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and is crucial to defeating Thanos (Josh Brolin), solidifying his role as the Avengers’ leader in Infinity War and Endgame. The latter film especially shows how much he grows emotionally and physically, and some of its most powerful scenes are foreshadowed earlier in the story.

A new Sonic the Hedgehog movie, currently called Sonic the Hedgehog 4, has been confirmed. Details about the story are still scarce, but it’s scheduled to hit theaters in March 2027.

Pumuckl is a mischievous, red-haired character from the popular German children’s series Meister Eder und sein Pumuckl, which first aired in 1961. The show has seen a recent revival with a new series, Neue Geschichten vom Pumuckl, and a feature film called Pumuckl and the Big Misunderstanding.
