Popular anime like Love Through a Prism and Cosmic Princess Kaguya have been huge hits this year, and Netflix continues to add exciting new shows every month. While Netflix doesn’t release all seasonal anime, it offers a fantastic selection you won’t find anywhere else. With March here, we’ve put together a list of ten must-watch anime series and films for you to enjoy this month.
As a huge sci-fi fan, one thing I love about streaming is knowing there’s always something new (or a classic!) to watch. It’s amazing how these stories let us explore ideas we could never experience in real life. And right now, I’m thrilled to share that Tubi has 10 awesome sci-fi movies available to stream for free! Loki joins Luffy on the surface to confront the Holy Knights who are attacking his home and holding children captive. While the Holy Knights are strong, they are outmatched by Loki’s incredible abilities. Loki’s powers aren’t just for appearances; they’re deeply connected to a hidden history that the World Government has tried to bury. The current storyline is revealing more about the world’s past, and Loki’s role is proving to be more important than anyone initially thought.
The success of the new Harry Potter series is uncertain, but a key factor will be how well it distinguishes itself from the existing movies. One way to do this is by more closely following the books, and the first season could start by reintroducing a character who was left out of Sorcerer’s Stone. Luckily, the show has confirmed it will do just that. The challenge now is finding the right actor for this role, as it will be a tough one to get right.
DC Comics has been reimagining many of its iconic characters, and that trend continued in Absolute Wonder Woman. Issue #16 introduced a new version of the Suicide Squad, assembled by Veronica Cale to defeat Wonder Woman. The team, led by Zatanna, included familiar Wonder Woman foes like Cheetah, Doctor Poison, and Giganta. However, the most surprising reveal was a subtle one: Starro the Conqueror has secretly been part of the Absolute Universe for a while now.
Throughout much of the story, Gojo Satoru was the most powerful sorcerer, but he was still restricted by the strict rules and leadership of the Jujutsu world. These leaders often made decisions Gojo disagreed with and exerted their control over sorcerers. This conflict became especially clear during the Hidden Inventory arc, where Gojo directly expressed his wish to remove them from power. Even after he was trapped, they blamed him for the Shibuya Incident, falsely accusing him of being a key player. Gojo had strong motivations to go against them, but he didn’t get the chance. That’s why it’s so rewarding to see Dabura, facing a similar situation, accomplish what Gojo couldn’t before the story ends.
Most modern supervillains are created specifically to fit the story they first appear in, whether it’s a larger story arc or an entire series. While this can create strong emotional connections with readers, it often makes it difficult to use those villains in future stories. If a villain’s entire character arc is resolved in their introduction, there’s not much left for them to do later on. However, the recent issue of Detective Comics #1106 introduced a new villain, the Lion, who avoids this problem. He’s designed to be more than just a one-off character.
The hammer belongs to Amy Rose, a popular character from the Sonic games. At the end of Sonic 3, a sneak peek of the next movie showed Sonic being attacked by Metal Sonic robots. Just when it looked like Sonic was defeated, a mysterious figure with a hammer jumped in and destroyed the robots. This figure turned out to be Amy Rose, and now she’s officially joining the movie series in Sonic 4, with Kristen Bell (The Good Place) providing her voice.
I’m optimistic about 2026 because it looks like the action genre is about to get a lot more creative and diverse. Developers are moving beyond just one style of combat and are focusing on things like deeper stories, more ways to move around, richer worlds, and more complex character skills. What’s really exciting is that these new games aren’t trying to copy the popular “souls-like” style. They’re aiming for faster, more fluid gameplay with more player freedom, and action systems that feel unique instead of imitative. After years of similar games, it’s great to see the genre evolving and trying new things.
