All 11 MCU Characters Who Were Recast by Marvel

We weren’t counting actor changes for projects like Marvel Zombies. We’re focusing on instances where a live-action actor was permanently replaced by a different actor playing the same role. A voice actor taking over, even in shows like Marvel Zombies or What If…?, doesn’t count as a true recast. Also, we didn’t consider changes due to aging. For example, Abby Ryder Fortson played Cassie Lang in the first two Ant-Man movies, and Emma Fuhrmann took over the role for Avengers: Endgame because the character was supposed to be five years older – that wasn’t a recast. But when Fuhrmann was later replaced, that did count.

Nicolas Cage Enters A Marvel Brawl in New Spider-Noir Footage

A fresh trailer for Spider-Noir has been released, showcasing new scenes of Ben Reilly (played by Cage), an older private investigator, as he deals with the gritty and dangerous side of New York City during the Great Depression. This version of Spider-Man is a solitary hero, operating without any other costumed allies, and the trailer portrays him as weary, jaded, and involved with the city’s criminal element. You can watch the trailer below.

I’m Convinced the Next Star Wars Movie Will Deliver 1 Thing Fans Have Been Waiting 7 Years For

As expected, the most memorable parts of the Mandalorian and Grogu trailer center around the adorable Grogu. Whether he’s providing comic relief – like pressing buttons on the ship – or creating touching moments – such as meditating while Din Djarin worries about his future – Grogu is sure to be a standout. The movie could really shine by showing the moment Grogu says his first words.

The X-Files: 5 Things From the Original Series That Ryan Coogler’s Reboot Must Get Right

The original nine seasons of The X-Files are still considered a classic, but the show’s later seasons in 2016 and 2018 were met with mixed reactions, showing how difficult it is to update a beloved series. These new episodes often had trouble balancing the 1990s’ sense of distrust with the issues of today’s always-connected world, leading to a confusing storyline that didn’t feel as focused as the original. Now, a reboot is being led by director Ryan Coogler, and it has the tough job of staying true to what made the show great while also telling a story that feels relevant to our current social and political climate.

7 Classic Anime Crunchyroll Removed

I remember when Claymore first came out as an anime back in 2007. It’s a really interesting dark fantasy, with some seriously intense fight scenes. What always struck me, though, was that it was made by Studio Madhouse – the same folks behind popular shows like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Hunter x Hunter! Despite that, it recently disappeared from Crunchyroll due to licensing problems. If you haven’t heard of it, the story follows a creature that’s half-human, half-monster, who’s on a mission to fight the truly evil, full-breed monsters that prey on humans.
