REVIEW: “Psycho Killer” (2026)

As a big fan of thrillers, I was really hoping “Psycho Killer” would deliver, especially knowing it was written by Andrew Kevin Walker, the guy behind “Seven” and “The Killer.” But honestly, it just didn’t quite come together for me. The story felt all over the place, with some really strange decisions made along the way, and the ending felt completely disconnected from everything else – like it belonged in a different movie altogether. It started with so much potential, clearly drawing inspiration from great films, but it just couldn’t build anything truly cohesive.

After concerns arose about potential plagiarism, the French drama series The Hunt (originally titled Traqués) was temporarily removed from its planned December 25th release. Now, three months later, the studio Gaumont has addressed the issue. Following accusations that The Hunt closely resembles the 1973 novel Shoot by the late Douglas Fairbairn, the series’ credits have been updated.

Following rumors of filming starting, Netflix has confirmed that season 3 of Wednesday is officially in production. They released a video announcing both new and returning cast members. The video revealed that Winona Ryder will work with Tim Burton and Jenna Ortega again, following their collaboration on Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, playing a character named Tabitha. Chris Sarandon is also reuniting with Burton for the first time since The Nightmare Before Christmas, portraying a character called Balthazar. You can watch the announcement video below.

Ira Parker recently told Variety that Season 2 of the show will stick closely to the perspective of Dunk, meaning viewers won’t see storylines following other major characters independently.
