The TV show “Younger,” which shares its name with a novel by Pamela Adlon, ran for 7 captivating seasons, debuting on TV Land in 2015. This series revolves around Liza Miller (played by Sutton Foster), a 40-year-old divorced mother who seeks to revive her career in the publishing world. Confronted with ageism, Liza resorts to deception, pretending to be 26 to secure a job as an assistant at Empirical Press. Although it may appear dissimilar in tone to “You,” these shows share more similarities than one might initially think.

As a dedicated fan, I can share my thoughts about the CW’s attempts to expand their hit show “Supernatural.” Despite several spin-offs being attempted, none seemed to capture the same magic as the original series. Two live-action spin-offs never even took flight. However, the long-awaited prequel, “The Winchesters,” finally made it to series, but unfortunately, it only ran for a single season before getting canceled. This show focused on the romantic journey and meeting of Sam and Dean’s parents, John Winchester (Drake Rodger) and Mary Campbell (Meg Donnelly).

It appears that viewers might have received some tentative news about Season 4 of “The Mandalorian,” suggesting the series could forego further appearances on Disney+ following its planned feature-length film debut. Despite the show’s potential transition to the big screen, this doesn’t automatically mean that fans will no longer get new episodes from the series.

Reportedly, Daniel Richtman has shared that a new Black female villain is set to debut in “Vision Quest,” with T’Nia Miller portraying this character named Jocasta. This casting makes history by introducing the first Black female antagonist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), as she was previously mentioned within the franchise. If the rumors are true, Jocasta is a robotic AI character with a rich background in Marvel comics, similar to the malevolent Ultron, who was featured in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” within the MCU.
