It seems like only yesterday we were setting sail with the beloved Straw Hat Pirates in the live-action One Piece, yet it’s been nearly two years since we embarked on our journey. The anticipation for Season 2 of One Ppiece has been so intense that during my interview with new cast member Joe Manganiello, his insights into filming only skyrocketed my excitement from a hundred percent to a thousand percent!

Originally hailing from New York, Foley first stepped into directing with the release of the romantic drama “Reckless” in 1984. This film features Daryl Hannah (known for her roles in “Kill Bill: Vol. 2” and “Wall Street”) and Aidan Quinn (“Legends of the Hall” and “Practical Magic”). The story revolves around an outcast teenager and football player, Johnny Rourke (Aidan Quinn), who becomes smitten with popular cheerleader Tracey Prescott (Daryl Hannah). Two years later in 1986, Foley directed the American neo-noir crime drama “At Close Range”, headlined by Sean Penn and Christopher Walken. Notable supporting actors included Mary Stuart Masterson, Crispin Glover, Tracey Walter, Christopher Penn (Sean Penn’s brother), Eileen Ryan, among others.

First Reaction – Bad Influence is the by-the-book streamy thriller.

In the inner circle of the unpredictable Conrad Harrigan, it’s clear that Harry Da Souza isn’t an innocent bystander; in fact, he’s been responsible for more killings within the first six episodes of the Harrigan crime syndicate than any other member. Moreover, his loyalty to the Harrigans has taken a toll on his personal life, causing him to neglect his wife and child, and even endanger their lives. Despite these negative aspects, Harry’s talent and composed demeanor have earned him an intriguing appeal as a TV character. However, that charm is rapidly fading.

In the sixth episode of “Hacks” season 4 titled “Mrs. Table,” Hannah Einbinder’s character Ava Daniels undergoes a significant transformation, hitting a personal and professional tipping point. The conflict with her comic mentor and boss, Deborah Vance (played by Jean Smart), which started in the first two episodes of season 4, has led Ava to assert her authority as the head writer for Deborah’s new late-night show. However, despite being worthy of this position, episode 6 begins to expose the cracks in Ava’s inexperienced facade that fuel an explosive workplace crisis.

Eli Craig’s latest slasher film, titled “Clown in a Cornfield,” tells the story of a teenage girl who steps into a time-warp town and encounters a conflict between the traditional and modern world through its music. This movie is an adaptation of Adam Cesare’s 2020 novel with the same title. The film boasts a talented cast including Kevin Durand, Will Sasso, Aaron Abrams, and Katie Douglas, who delivers a breakout performance as Quinn Maybrook, a Philadelphia girl relocated to the rustic town of Kettle Springs. In this new setting, Quinn and her friends soon find themselves in a dangerous encounter with an ominous reinterpretation of the town’s mascot, Frendo the Clown.
