This report comes at a time when the Marvel Cinematic Universe is facing challenges. Recent movies and Disney+ shows haven’t been as popular or successful as Marvel’s earlier films and series.

I’m excited to be covering the Best Lead Actor in a TV Series category for ScreenRant, and I also create our weekly streaming guides. While a few actors are already well-known from their recent Emmy wins, this award is truly competitive, with five excellent nominees. Long before superheroes like Drax and Mantis visited Earth, or even before Batman protected his home on Christmas Eve, the DC Animated Universe was already showing us heartwarming stories. One particularly well-done episode beautifully used the holiday season to delve into the characters’ feelings, show compassion, and offer a message of hope, proving that superheroes can spread joy just as effectively as they fight crime.

Stephen “tWitch” Boss died by suicide on December 13, 2022, but his legacy lies in what he contributed to the world as a father and with his love for dance.
