Okay, so the season one finale of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy finally clarifies when this series takes place in the timeline, and it’s a little different than I initially thought! Olatunde Osunsanmi directed the episode, and the story was crafted by Alex Kurtzman and Kirsten Beyer, based on an idea from Noga Landau and Gaia Violo. Honestly, it wraps things up nicely – we see Nus Braka (Paul Giamatti) finally get his comeuppance, and a lot of the main characters’ storylines get satisfying conclusions. It’s a really feel-good ending, which I appreciated.

Released two decades ago, the film Children of Men feels remarkably relevant and unsettlingly realistic today. It depicts a world where humanity has lost the ability to have children, but a small sign of hope emerges, launching what many consider to be one of the greatest dystopian science fiction movies ever made.

As a huge fan of the Reacher series – based on Lee Child’s books, of course – I’ve been following its success closely. It’s become a real streaming powerhouse, consistently earning amazing scores – we’re talking 90% on Rotten Tomatoes across three seasons! – and always shooting to the top of the Nielsen charts whenever a new season drops. But honestly, the wait between seasons has been frustrating. Season three wrapped up in March of 2025, and we hadn’t heard anything about a renewal for ages. Thankfully, Alan Ritchson finally gave us an update, but it seems like the show is repeating a pattern we’ve seen with other Prime Video hits, which is a bit disappointing.

Starting in 2026 with the movie Reminders of Him, Universal Pictures will release all of its films in theaters for at least five weeks, according to The New York Times. Their 2026 lineup includes films like The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, a new Christopher Nolan film called The Odyssey, Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day, Minions and Mayhem, Fockers-in-Law, and Violent Night 2. In 2027, Universal will increase that theatrical window to seven weeks. This change doesn’t affect Focus Features, a part of Universal that releases different kinds of films, such as Hamnet, Bugonia, and Song Sung Blues.

First airing in 2010, Justified starred Timothy Olyphant as Raylan Givens, a Deputy U.S. Marshal who brought an old-fashioned, gunslinger approach to law enforcement in contemporary Kentucky. While Yellowstone focuses on family power and disputes over land, Justified was more of a classic crime drama, but still maintained a strong connection to Western themes.

And the good news just keeps coming! As a huge Bluey fan, I’m so excited to hear that Bluey’s Big Play — The Stage Show is going to be available to stream on March 16th. I can’t wait to watch it!

The Saiyan race includes many of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball, like Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, and Gohan. But being a Saiyan doesn’t automatically make someone powerful. Several weaker Saiyans in the series haven’t been able to reach their full potential, despite their strong lineage.

MovieWeb is sharing a new clip from the upcoming film Bodycam, which will be available to stream on March 13th. The clip shows two police officers arriving at a gruesome crime scene and carefully examining the evidence. Things quickly turn frightening when one officer starts bleeding from the mouth after seeing a strange symbol drawn in blood on the wall. As the title suggests, Bodycam is filmed entirely from the officers’ body camera perspectives, promising a tense and immersive experience throughout the movie. You can watch the clip now!

Domagoj Mazuran and Zoran Lisinac, who co-produced, co-wrote, and co-directed the new sci-fi film “Storm Rider: Legend of Hammerhead,” have crafted a completely original world, drawing inspiration from various sources but ultimately telling a unique story. They’ve also developed a rich and detailed mythology that remains focused and coherent. However, the way the story unfolds isn’t quite as strong, and we’ll discuss that shortly.

There was talk that Sony might reveal the new Spider-Man trailer at CinemaCon next month – the same event where the first teaser for the previous film, Spider-Man: No Way Home, was shown. However, it seems Marvel fans will get a first look at the upcoming movie starring Tom Holland much sooner than expected.
