Rachel Zegler recently shared her thoughts on the disappointing box office performance of Snow White with Glamour magazine, and talked about her experience making the film. Despite the movie only earning $205 million worldwide – well below its $270 million budget – Zegler expressed her affection for it, saying she’s watched it several times. While $205 million might seem like a lot, the film ultimately didn’t make enough money to be considered a success.

During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Tom Hanks discussed the 30-year anniversary of a film. He pointed out that it was actually longer than 30 years, explaining that he and Tim Allen had already recorded dialogue for a previous version of the movie that was ultimately cut. I’ve always loved Gilmore Girls for how quickly and cleverly the characters talk, but honestly, the whole show is just brilliantly written. There’s one episode in Season 3 that really stands out – it’s both really funny and surprisingly sad, and it just feels like everything comes together perfectly in that hour.

I was completely hooked by Barbarian, starting with Georgina Campbell as Tess. The movie begins with her arriving at a late-night Airbnb only to find another guest, Keith (Bill Skarsgård), is already there. For the first part of the film, I was on the edge of my seat, bracing for something terrible to happen because of this stranger. But wow, things took a turn! They both stumble upon a truly horrifying secret hidden beneath the house – something far worse than either of them, or honestly, I could have imagined. It really makes you wonder, what is the real monster in this movie, and what will it take to finally stop it?

In Season 5, Episode 3 of Ghosts, Sam and Jay plan a haunted house, but things take an unexpected turn. The episode introduces a new ghost to the town of Woodstone – one who is surprisingly the oldest spirit viewers have ever seen, even older than Thor, who has been a ghost for around 1,000 years! Despite this new addition, the episode still delivers plenty of classic Ghosts Halloween fun, including the show’s very first mummy.

Since the first King Kong movie in 1933, there have been thirteen films about the giant ape. While some are better than others, a handful are truly excellent. But no matter how you feel about the sequels, the original King Kong remains the best.

In the final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Harry defeated Voldemort by becoming the true owner of the Elder Wand. This was a major plot twist, as the wand hadn’t truly belonged to Voldemort or even Snape. Surprisingly, Draco Malfoy had unknowingly possessed it before Harry disarmed him and took control. This made for a satisfying conclusion. However, many Harry Potter fans were upset when Harry broke the Elder Wand at the end of the film series.

The story centers around a father, whose name we never learn, portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch. He’s grappling with the loss of his wife and struggling to raise his two young sons. His wife had always been the primary caregiver, and now he’s overwhelmed, made even worse by haunting visions of a giant crow, voiced by David Thewlis. This crow torments and mocks him, pushing him to the brink as he tries to manage single parenthood and his career as an illustrator.
