Bone Lake tells the story of Sage (Maddie Hasson) and Diego (Marco Pigossi) who go to a secluded mansion for a romantic getaway. Diego recently quit his job as a community college professor to pursue writing full-time. The movie begins with a scene from his novel-a graphic depiction of a naked couple fleeing through the woods, the man shot in the groin and the woman wounded by a splintered log. Sage cautiously calls the passage “really interesting” but admits it feels unnecessarily violent, which makes Diego feel insecure. Sage is the primary earner in their relationship-a clear and early indication of a shift in traditional gender roles during their weekend retreat.
I was so excited for Stardust Racers to open at Epic Universe – it was definitely one of the most talked-about rides! It’s a really fast, head-to-head coaster where two trains race right next to each other across the park’s amazing new scenery. It quickly became my favorite because of how fast it is, the cool inversions, and how they combined classic roller coaster fun with some really new, impressive technology. It’s a must-do! Seriously, I rode it multiple times!

Fortunately, fans of horror can get the best of both worlds with the newest installment of the darkly funny comic book series.
Over the last year, the quality of subtitles on Crunchyroll has been getting worse, and unfortunately, it’s expected to decline further. A user on Reddit, mudda-hello, recently found out that Crunchyroll has lowered the quality of its subtitles for the Fall 2025 anime season – a move many fans see as particularly disappointing. The platform has largely stopped using typesetting in its subtitles, which makes them harder to read and diminishes the overall viewing experience. It appears the change is simply to cut costs, as better-formatted subtitles are more expensive to produce.
I’m so excited! Production on Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday has officially finished! It’s being directed by the incredible Joe and Anthony Russo – you probably know them as the Russo Brothers. We can finally mark our calendars because it’s set to hit theaters in 2026. And if that wasn’t enough, the sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, is already planned for 2027! I can’t wait!
In the very first season of the show, viewers met a large chicken who gave Peter Griffin an outdated coupon. This seemingly small moment sparked one of Family Guy‘s most hilarious running gags: a spontaneous, often unexpected, fight between Peter and the chicken that continued for over twenty-five years. However, last season, the chicken – named Earnie – was written off the show. According to Executive Producer Alec Sulkin, who spoke with TV Line, the giant chicken is probably staying dead, and he explained why:

However, actors have only been hired to *play* real people in the MCU on five occasions. These include Cedric Benjamin as Jamel Shabazz in Luke Cage, and Joseph Culp as Franklin D. Roosevelt in Agents of SHIELD. Florence Schaffner, William A. Scott, and Frank Morris also fall into this category.
