Ariana Grande Just Rocked The Wicked Dress We’ll Be Talking About Forever

I’m a big fan of princess ballgowns, and it seems Ariana Grande is too! Besides occasionally referencing The Wizard of Oz, she’s been wearing a lot of full-length gowns lately, like the dramatic, structured designs from Schiaparelli inspired by Glinda the Good Witch. While these dresses have a wonderfully cinematic feel, the one she wore recently was a bit more subtle than some of her other statement gowns. It was still gorgeous, though, with a beautiful ombre effect and a flowing train.

John Cena’s Acting Journey: From The Marine To Peacemake

John Cena and Robert Patrick worked together again nearly twenty years after their first project when they were both cast in Peacemaker. Cena stars as the main character, Christopher Smith, also known as Peacemaker, and Patrick plays his father, Auggie Smith, who goes by the name White Dragon. Even though Auggie dies in the first season, a version of him from another dimension appears in season 2 of Peacemaker.

I’ve Recommended IT: Welcome To Derry To Everyone I Know, And I’m So Validated By Their Responses

Even though I was hoping Welcome to Derry would have come out sooner in October, the first two episodes were so good and scary that it was worth the wait. I was shocked by the end of the first episode, especially when most of the young characters we’d been following were killed by that terrifying creature. After I recovered, I started telling everyone how much I enjoyed Muschietti’s series, and I was glad to see they felt the same way.

Jennifer Lawrence Says Women Directors Don’t Over-Direct as Much as Men

Jennifer Lawrence has noticed a pattern with female directors: they tend to avoid being overly controlling on set. She’s observed that some male directors feel the need to constantly assert their control, even when it doesn’t actually improve the work. She described this tendency as frustrating and, when she thinks of the term ‘auteur,’ she associates it with being controlling and even a bit obsessive.

Pete Davidson Returned To SNL To Pitch New Scheme For His Ferry Boat

Recently, The New York Times published an article about the boat—dubbed “Titanic 2” by its owners—and called it a financial failure. Considering the boat has even become a running joke on Saturday Night Live, it’s no surprise the show referenced the article. In a new sketch, Pete Davidson plays his character “Classic Pete” and proposes a plan: transforming the boat into housing for Staten Island residents upset with the recent mayoral election results. You can watch the hilarious sketch below.

Grant Gustin’s DCU Character Can Fix James Gunn’s Flash Problem

The DC Universe’s timeline seems a bit inconsistent. Superman is relatively new to being a hero, having only been active for three years, but characters like Batman and Green Lantern have been fighting crime for a much longer time. As new heroes are added, fans are hoping for a clearer, more consistent timeline.
