The new series, Talamasca: The Secret Order, premieres on AMC this Sunday, October 26, 2025. It isn’t a direct adaptation of any of Anne Rice’s novels, but instead draws inspiration from various elements across her work. The Talamasca organization appears in many of Rice’s books, creating a link to her other TV series. However, initial reviews for Talamasca: The Secret Order have been mixed, with a 67% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. TV Guide’s Gavin Baker-Whitelaw described it as “visually and narratively unmemorable.”

It’s widely known that filming for Avengers: Doomsday has been underway in London for some time. Over the past year, Jeremy Renner has been busy with Season 4 of Mayor of Kingstown and promoting his memoir, My Next Breath. He recently finished a book tour, including a stop in London, where he had a chance to connect with some of the cast of the new Marvel film. He shared details about this get-together during a recent interview with TopMob.

Skybound Entertainment, known for projects like The Walking Dead, is partnering with Hasbro to create a new animated series called Energon Universe. This series will combine characters and storylines from popular franchises like Transformers, G.I. Joe, and the comic series Void Rivals. Though still in early stages, this project could become the future of Hasbro’s major brands.

Last summer, CBS announced it was cancelling The Late Show, and fans immediately rallied to support the host and the show’s team. It’s understandable how details like that can fade when you’re in the spotlight, which brings us to this moment. This new version of the 1992 film, directed by Michelle Garza Cervera and written by Micah Bloomberg, keeps the same general plot as the original, but tells a less compelling story around it. While it does differentiate itself from the first movie, it’s largely a dull update that depends on characters making poor choices and asks viewers to accept increasingly frustrating situations.

However, the second season, R2, feels very different. It rushes through storylines, almost as if the creators feared losing viewers if the action slowed down. This results in a feeling of being hurried rather than suspenseful. The characters also suffer, losing the depth and believability they had before. Their actions often feel forced, dictated by the plot rather than genuine motivations, which makes the story less engaging. While the choices initially felt exciting, looking back, they seem careless and poorly executed.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting news about a potential Dragon Ball Super 2 – whether as a new TV series or a set of movies – but have been consistently disappointed. The last episode of Dragon Ball Super aired in 2019, and the most recent movie, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, came out in 2022. Thomas Brandon, the creator, co-showrunner, writer, and executive producer of the show, explained that while many spy stories focus on who to trust, The Copenhagen Test takes that a step further by asking how you can actually know who is trustworthy.

Taking to his Instagram account, Diesel posted a series of photos and one video of himself with Michael Moses, the Chief Marketing Officer at Universal Pictures.
