Miniseries offer a unique chance to create a truly exceptional TV show with consistently high quality – no filler episodes. When given the right amount of time, they can be just as compelling as big-budget movies. One particularly memorable TV interview is derailed by the presenter, a flamboyant personality reminiscent of Richard Madeley.
Ross Duffer recently told SFX Magazine, via GamesRadar+, that he’s particularly pleased with the first part of the new season. Unlike season four, which was split into two volumes due to pandemic-related delays, they intentionally planned for this split from the beginning. This means Volume One feels like a complete, extended movie with its own satisfying conclusion. He emphasized that the split wasn’t anyone’s fault – the pandemic simply forced their hand last time.
Deadline reports that Harbour will star in Evil Genius, a true crime thriller directed by Courteney Cox, known for her roles in Friends and Scream. The movie is based on the 2018 Netflix documentary Evil Genius: The True Story of America’s Most Diabolical Bank Heist, which details the bizarre story of the “pizza bomber” case.
