After nearly ten years, the Rocky series was revived in 2015 with Creed, directed by Ryan Coogler (known for Sinners). The film, starring Michael B. Jordan, follows Adonis Creed, the ambitious son of Apollo Creed, as he pursues his boxing dreams with the help of an aging Rocky Balboa. Creed was a major hit with both critics and audiences, leading to two sequels: Creed II in 2018 and Creed III in 2023. Even now, over a decade later, Creed remains one of Jordan’s most celebrated films.

As a sci-fi fan, I’m really intrigued by this new series! It’s connected to The Librarians from 2004, but focuses on a character named Vikram Chamberlain, played by Callum McGowan. He’s a guy who lived back in 1847 and somehow ends up in the present day. When he goes back to check on his castle in Serbia, he discovers it’s been turned into a museum, and that’s when things get wild – it accidentally lets loose magic all over Europe!

While Bryan Cranston is known for critically acclaimed work, not all of his projects have been universally praised. For example, his Showtime series Your Honor, which aired from 2020 to 2023, received a 49% rating on Rotten Tomatoes from critics, though viewers seemed to enjoy it more, giving it a score of 67%. Though it didn’t reach the same heights as Breaking Bad, Your Honor is still worth watching on Netflix before it’s removed.

I’ve always loved the magical side of Star Wars – the lightsabers, the Jedi, the Force, everything! But Andor feels completely different. It’s so much more realistic and raw than anything else in the Star Wars universe. It feels less like a space fantasy and more like a believable, gritty sci-fi story. When people say it’s “Star Wars without lightsabers,” I think they’re really capturing just how unique and mature it is – it’s a different side of that galaxy far, far away.

Though Yellowstone, 1883, and 1923 have finished their runs, the Dutton Ranch spinoff and CBS’s Marshals ensure the franchise will continue through 2026. Taylor Sheridan’s other Paramount series, The Madison, has been renewed for two more seasons, even with lukewarm initial reviews, proving he’s a powerful figure in television. However, other streaming services could certainly try to replicate his success – and might even surpass it.

The horror genre really changed thanks to Koji Suzuki. His novel, Ring, was a huge success, and he continued to build on that world with books like Spiral and Loop. These stories delved deeper into the mythology of Sadako Yamamura and the terrifying cursed videotape.

The show transformed the island’s magical sanctuary into a prison, making it a key part of the overall story and important to several main characters. As with past seasons, viewers had certain expectations going into the Neverland storyline. However, the show was known for surprising its audience, and the Neverland arc was particularly good at defying those expectations, making it one of the most memorable parts of the series.

I’m a huge thriller anime fan, and let me tell you, it’s tough to find ones that really hit the spot! While some thrillers become massive hits, there are always hidden gems that don’t get the attention they deserve. I’ve been digging around, and I’ve found a few mind-blowing thrillers that I think will really stand out in 2026 – definitely keep an eye out for them!

I remember being shocked when Frank Castle, played by Jon Bernthal, fell from that rooftop! He landed on a crate, which totally gave way, and honestly, it felt a bit much. A lot of fans, myself included, thought his reaction was over the top and didn’t quite look finished. It just didn’t seem realistic, you know?
