The Celebrity Apprentice 2025 has found its candidates!
This holiday season, viewers can expect some familiar faces in Lord Sugar’s boardroom as The Apprentice returns for two special Christmas episodes to raise money for Children in Need.
This year’s celebrity participants include TV host AJ Odudu, broadcaster Angela Scanlon, Radio 1 DJ Charlie Hedges, comedian Eddie Kadi, EastEnders actor Jake Wood, singer JB Gill, Paralympic athlete Kadeena Cox, fitness personality Matt Morsia (known from Gladiators), TV presenter Rob Rinder, actor Sarah Hadland, comedian Shazia Mirza, and Tom Skinner, who recently competed on Strictly Come Dancing.
The contestants will be divided into two teams and travel to Lapland, where they’ll design and bake their own unique gingerbread biscuits. They’ll also need to create a marketing campaign for their biscuits, including an advertisement and a catchy jingle.

The first team – Odudu, Hedges, Kadi, Wood, Cox, and Rinder – made Jolly McTrouble, a gingerbread biscuit, and their slogan was “Be Naughty, Get Nice.”
Team two, consisting of Scanlon, Gill, Morsia, Hadland, Mirza, and Skinner, developed Gary the Penguin, marketing it with the slogan “A Cheeky Treat for Your Little Rebel.”
As the teams get stuck in, they will be observed by Baroness Karren Brady and Mike Soutar.
Starting Friday, November 14th, these biscuits will be available for purchase, and every sale will help support children and young people throughout the UK.

I’m so disappointed – it looks like I can’t see this right now because of a conflict with Google’s security check, reCAPTCHA. Apparently, I need to sign out of Contentpass first to get it working. Hopefully, that’ll do the trick so I can finally see what this is all about!
Lord Sugar explained that this is the first season of The Celebrity Apprentice where viewers can actually purchase products made by the celebrity contestants, which has significantly increased the pressure on them.
The celebrities probably expected this to be a breeze, but they’re in for a challenge! Raising money for Children in Need is important, and they’ll need to work hard to impress me and avoid getting on my bad side.
According to Kalpna Patel-Knight, head of entertainment at the BBC, viewers can look forward to some delightful surprises from the celebrity contestants this Christmas, all in support of BBC Children in Need.
Will audiences root for Gary the Penguin or Jolly McTrouble? Get ready for a fun, holiday-themed competition!
The Celebrity Apprentice Christmas specials will air later this year on BBC One and iPlayer.
