The popular show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is returning for a new season, and this time, a surprising challenge will pit long-standing rivals against each other.
Starting in January 2026, a new season of the show will feature 14 celebrities from Britain and Australia taking on an incredibly difficult challenge.
Once again, celebrities are trading their glamorous lifestyles for the grueling experience of Special Forces training. This time, they’ll face a condensed and incredibly tough version of SAS selection in the scorching heat of North Africa – a challenge they can’t overcome with personality or social media.
The UK team competing includes well-known faces like Dani Dyer, Gabby Allen, Jack Joseph, and Cole Anderson-James from TV and social media, along with rugby player Ben Cohen, Gladiator star Toby Olubi, and cricketer Graeme Swann.
I’m so excited to see who’s on Team Australia! They’ve got Jessika Power from Married at First Sight, which is going to be interesting, plus some great actors like Ryan Moloney, Axle Whitehead, and Natalie Bassingthwaite. And it’s not just that – they’ve also got Brad Hodge, a fantastic cricketer, and Olympians Emily Seebohm and Mack Horton! What a lineup!
Participants will lose all traces of their former lives, giving up their comforts and justifications as they face a relentlessly challenging physical and mental journey. This course will be led by Chief Instructor Billy Bilingham MBE, alongside his team of experts: Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes, and Chris Oliver.

The competition really pushes British and Australian recruits to their breaking points. Every error will be harshly penalized, and any vulnerability will be exposed. As the pressure mounts, relationships will fray, and some recruits will be driven so far beyond their limits they’ll question everything they thought they knew about themselves – not everyone will be able to handle it.
Once everything calms down, the big question is whether any of the celebrities will be strong enough – both physically and mentally – to complete the tough course and earn the respect of the Directing Staff. And ultimately, will the UK or Australia win when their competition comes to a head?
