Chappell Roan Frees the Nipple in Sheer Dress at Paris Fashion Week

Chappell Roan is hot to go at Paris Fashion Week.

Singer Mabel, known for her song “Good Luck, Babe!”, turned heads at the McQueen fashion show on March 8th. She wore a very sheer black dress with minimal clothing underneath.

She wore a daring outfit with a very small black thong, and accessorized with a beaded necklace, matching bracelets, and large, eye-catching earrings.

This isn’t the first time Chappell has turned heads recently. She previously caused a stir at the 2026 Grammys with a daring outfit that gave the impression she wasn’t wearing a top.

The daring dress, created by Mugler, had a flesh-toned top with fake nipple piercings that flowed into a sheer, long skirt – a striking match for her bright red hair. The dress left much of her chest and back bare, and she finished the look with simple dark underwear and black strappy heels.

After the photos quickly spread online, the Grammy-winning artist posted on Instagram, ‘I’m laughing because I don’t think this outfit is that shocking at all! I actually think it’s really cool and unique. I suggest everyone just do what they want – it’s liberating and fun!’

Chappell put her own fashion philosophy into practice during Paris Fashion Week. She turned heads with a daring, nearly-naked dress at the McQueen show, and then embraced a playful, revealing look at Vivienne Westwood’s presentation on March 8th.

Chappell’s gown appeared to be a traditional Victorian dress from the front, featuring a corset and full sleeves. However, the back of the skirt was cut away, revealing a lacy thong and her tights.

The singer behind “Pink Pony Club” playfully switched up her look at the Acne Studios event on March 4th, styling her usually long, curly hair into a temporary, pinned-up bob.

Her hairstylist, Lacy Redway, shared on Instagram, “Bonjour!” and described the look as a ‘city faux bob’ she created for her client.
