About
The original Cho Aniki and its sequel, Ai Cho Aniki, both classic shooting games from the PC Engine created by Masaya, are now available on Steam.
These classic games have been updated with extra features like different sound settings, visual options, and a rewind function.
These titles are an absolute must for retro game and shooting game fans alike.
Cho Aniki (released December 25, 1992)
Okay, so I’m playing this game, right? And the Emperor of Planet Builder – this guy’s a total beast, he’s won the Galactic Bodybuilding Contest for ten years straight – is freaking out. Apparently, his planet is starting to run low on protein, which is a huge problem for everyone, especially him!
The Emperor, who thinks strength is the most important quality, has started invading nearby planets without much thought and is building facilities on them to extract protein.
Realizing a major conflict was coming, Idaten and Benten from the Heavenly World embarked on a quest to stop the Builder Army and restore peace.
Ai Cho Aniki (released February 24, 1995)
Two years have passed since Idaten and Benten last fought.
With the passing of Emperor Roid, the galaxy finally found peace, and people were able to rebuild their lives.
Idaten felt another strange energy coming from the Builder Star System, so he headed there by himself to check it out.
Idaten was last seen on Planet Builder. When Benten learned this, he sent his top heroes, Adon and Samson, to find Idaten and figure out what was going on there.
