Christian McCaffrey Shares How Daughter Takes After Him, Olivia Culpo

Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo‘s squad got a new member over the summer: daughter Colette.

Ever since their daughter was born, the NFL player and the star of Culpo Sisters have been enjoying every moment with her.

Christian, who recently teamed up with Intuit, shared with TopMob News that watching his daughter grow has been the most amazing experience of his life. He described being captivated by her developing personality, her growing awareness of the world around her, and her first smiles and movements, calling it all ‘awesome’.

“I love her so much,” the San Francisco 49ers running back continued. “My wife loves her so much.”

As for who the 6-month-old resembles?

Sometimes, she reminds me so much of myself, it’s like looking in a mirror. But then I see the Culpo family resemblance – especially in her eyebrows and eyelashes – and I’m reminded we’re not actually related.

We have a lot in common personality-wise, but we’re also quite different. Those differences are becoming more apparent, and we’re discovering new things about each other daily.

The family of three has been spending a lot of enjoyable time together lately, including a relaxing tropical vacation before Christian starts preparing for the upcoming NFL season.

I’m currently focusing on staying active,” he said. “I’m swimming and generally moving my body. I might do some light weight training too, just to keep my circulation up.

After battling several injuries lately, Christian received the NFL’s Comeback Player of the Year award on February 5th.

Christian said he plans to get serious about a regular routine right after the Super Bowl, which took place on February 8th between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, according to TopMob.

He clarified that the schedule follows the NFL’s spring and summer activities, including Organized Team Activities and training camps.

Christian explained that you don’t jump straight into ballistic training. You have to gradually work your way up to it.

Just a week after welcoming her baby, Olivia Culpo posted a sweet video showing the progression of her pregnancy. The video concluded with a heartwarming moment of her holding her daughter, Colette, with husband Christian McCaffrey.

The model and her tiny tot proved they are a winning duo by sporting matching fluffy brown robes. 

Olivia was grateful her mom, Susan Curran, helped her care for baby Colette as she settled into motherhood during the first month.

The former Miss Universe shared on Instagram that she hopes to be as wonderful a grandmother as her child’s grandma is.

Olivia and Christian, who got married in June 2024, were thrilled to learn they were expecting a baby, and they weren’t the only ones!

The model posted some cute videos of her dog, Oliver, showing how excited he was to meet her baby, Colette. One video showed all three of them napping together in bed.

It’s clear Oliver is going to be a wonderful big brother! He gave his new baby sister sweet kisses while she was snug in her carrier.

Colette got some much-needed rest while cuddling in her mom’s arms on a cozy armchair. 

Olivia’s sister, Sophia Culpo, appears to be a natural aunt, looking relaxed and happy while enjoying a nature walk with her niece.
