Christina Haack and Josh Hall Divorce Finalized: How Much She’ll Pay

Christina Haack and Josh Hall have hammered out their divorce.

After more than a year since we initiated our divorce proceedings, a judge officially finalized our two-year marriage on August 26th, disclosing the financial aspects of our separation, as a dedicated follower reporting on the matter.

According to documents acquired by TopMob News, both Christina and Josh chose not to claim spousal support. On May 6th, the 42-year-old paid her former spouse an equalization payment amounting to $300,000, which was derived from the sale proceeds of their Nashville property.

As a die-hard admirer, let me share that I, too, chipped in $40,000 towards covering Josh’s legal expenses, as stated in the documentation. Moving forward, it seems we’re each on our own to shoulder any additional attorney fees, with the document clearly stating “each party shall be solely responsible.

The decision encompassed an earlier, uncredited $100,000 payment that Christina made to the individual aged 44 in September 2024.

The judgment not only outlined the current issue but also highlighted a previous, unaccounted-for $100,000 payment from Christina to the 44-year-old individual, which occurred in September 2024.

In this new arrangement, both Christina and Josh received individual properties. Specifically, Christina retained the previous residences in Newport Beach, California, and Franklin, Tennessee, whereas Josh maintained his property in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee.

As a car enthusiast, I had quite an impressive collection, which included a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, and a vintage 1982 DeLorean. Meanwhile, my dear friend Christina was graced with two brand new 2021 Yukons, along with four all-terrain vehicles that the court records mentioned were thoughtful gifts for her children – Taylor, 14, Brayden, 9, whom she co-parents with ex Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, 5, who she shares with former spouse Ant Anstead.

She also retained any business interests or LLCs created or acquired since the date of separation.

TopMob News has reached out to reps for both Christina and Josh but has not heard back yet.

In May, they announced that they had come to a decision on how to partition their assets and submitted their plan to the court for approval, marking the finalization of their separation. At that point, Christina-who is currently involved with Christopher Larocca-admitted that she wasn’t entirely content with the arrangement.

She mentioned something along the lines of “If two people believe they’re in a tight spot, then whatever they desire will likely happen,” she shared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live in June. “I’m not sure about the exact words, but it’s not a fantastic situation, I suppose it’s over now.

And the HGTV star hasn’t been shy about the literal cost of the breakup.

She penned, “Paying for the divorce hasn’t been budget-friendly,” she posted alongside a photo from a red carpet event on her Instagram Story in May. “In an effort to save some cash, I’ve been tightening my purse strings, particularly with clothing purchases. This dress was quite charming and cost just $65.

The actress had an on-off relationship with the director in the late ’70s, briefly dating Willie Nelson, her co-star from the movie “Honeysuckle Rose”. In 1985, she married Steven, but their union lasted only four years. Eventually, they divorced in 1989, with Amy allegedly receiving a $100 million settlement as part of the divorce proceedings.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it as:
