Christopher Schwarzenegger can carry all the pumpkins in the patch.
Patrick Schwarzenegger, the 28-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, recently showed off his noticeably fitter physique during a visit to a pumpkin patch in Brentwood, California on October 27th. Having lost 30 pounds earlier this year, he sported a white tank top revealing his muscular arms and was seen drinking what looked like a protein shake.
Christopher spent the day helping out like an uncle, carrying up to three pumpkins at once! He was seen at a fall event with his sister Katherine, her husband Chris Pratt, and their daughters Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3. They also have a younger son, Ford, who is 11 months old, but he wasn’t in any of the photos.
Oh my gosh, I was totally fixated on how amazing he looked! Seriously, the associate producer was showing off his incredible body – you could tell he’d worked SO hard to get in shape over the years. He even talked about it recently, calling his whole transformation “a big process,” and honestly, it was inspiring to see how dedicated he’s been!
Christopher began his health journey in 2019 while traveling in Australia. He’d set ambitious goals for his trip, but quickly realized his weight was holding him back from enjoying everyday activities. He shared at the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit that he wanted to try skydiving, but his friends – and he himself – knew it wasn’t possible given his weight at the time.

Oh my gosh, you guys, it’s just… it’s been amazing watching him grow up! He’s the youngest, you know, with his big sister Katherine who’s 35, and Christina, 33, and Patrick, 31. And, of course, his half-brother Joseph, who’s 27—Arnold had him with Mildred Baena, his former housekeeper. Anyway, he just said it’s been a really long journey for him, and honestly, seeing him talk about it? It just makes you feel everything! It’s been a whole evolution, he says, and I’ve been here for it all!
He explained that progress wasn’t quick and involved a lot of experimentation. Even now, he doesn’t feel like he’s reached his goal, saying that when he sees before and after pictures, he doesn’t feel like he’s the ‘after’ version yet.

The Fresh Off the Boat alum used to weigh 300 pounds and lost 130, showcasing his journey on TikTok.

Tammy Slaton is known for her role on the TLC show 1,000-Lb. Sisters, but she didn’t want to be defined by it indefinitely.
In an April 2025 episode of her show, the 38-year-old shared that she’s lost around 500 pounds. She explained that she once weighed over 700 pounds, but now weighs 238 pounds.
I was so thrilled to hear that she had bariatric surgery in 2022, and even more relieved when her doctor said it was absolutely the right decision for her. It’s been amazing to see her journey, and I’m just so happy she took that step for her health.
In October 2024, Dr. Eric Smith told People magazine that Tammy has been consistently dedicated to adopting a more sustainable lifestyle to get the most out of her surgery. He explained that he’s stressed the value of making small changes each day, not just for continued improvement, but for lasting health and success. He noted that she is fully committed to her wellness journey.

It seems as if every time Jelly Roll hits a red carpet, he’s down a sizable slice of weight.
Singer Jason DeFord, who initially weighed 540 pounds, shared with Pat McAfee in April 2025 during his live show, Big Night Aht, that he was down to 357 pounds. He plans to lose another 100 pounds and celebrate by skydiving with his wife in Sweden!
The artist, who is 6’1″, realized he needed to completely change his approach to food to achieve his goals. He shared on the October 2024 episode of On Purpose With Jay Shetty that he’s always believed there’s a strong link between obesity and mental well-being. He understands it’s easy for people to say ‘just eat less and exercise,’ but he wishes he could have viewed food that simply.
Jelly Roll acknowledged that losing weight was still a major challenge, but he was happy to see that his new, healthier habits were starting to make a difference.
He explained that he’s fully committed to improving himself, focusing on healthy habits like staying hydrated, cold water immersion, and a good diet. He feels he’s making real progress.

Al Roker wasn’t kidding around with the title of his cookbook Recipes to Live By.
After losing 100 pounds through dedication and effort, the veteran weatherman on TODAY truly practices what he preaches. He makes sure to get at least 10,000 steps each day, eats a healthy diet, and exercises regularly.
“I always say, ‘something is better than nothing,’” he shared with People magazine in June 2025. “While some people aim for intense fitness like marathons or weightlifting, most just want to be healthy enough to enjoy life more.”
Al Roker had gastric bypass surgery in 2002 as a starting point for getting in shape, but he admits there’s no easy fix for weight loss.
Surgery is “not the end,” he advised. “You’re still going to have to put in the work.”

Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, previously famous for his role in the “tush push” play, has been getting attention for his impressive physique.
The former NFL player was always in good shape during his 13 years in the league, but he’s lost at least 25 pounds since retiring. He recently shared at a golf tournament in Philadelphia that he now weighs about 270 pounds, down from his 295-pound playing weight.
Kelce explained that he’s aiming to stay in shape—around 250 to 260 pounds—after he retires. He told GQ in June 2024 that he wants to maintain a strong physique without needing to have extremely defined abs, and still feel good about how he looks.
For the father of four daughters, whose wife is Kylie Kelce, being able to keep up with his children was his biggest priority.
At 277 pounds, he said he’s already feeling relief in his back and knees, and hopes losing another 20 pounds will help him play with his children even more easily.

Moving her family from the U.S. to Ireland wasn’t simply about a change of location for Rosie O’Donnell; it made a real difference in her life.
In a TikTok video from March 2025, she revealed she’d lost weight, explaining it was a side effect of taking Mounjaro for her diabetes.
The former cohost of View recently went shopping in Dublin for clothes that fit better. She explained, “I’ve always struggled with my weight, and it’s surprising to me that I’m now a large instead of an extra-large or double extra-large.”

In August 2024, Jazz Jennings, star of I Am Jazz, announced she had lost nearly 100 pounds and expressed how proud she was of her achievement.

It turns out Christopher Schwarzenegger is a chip off the ol’ muscly block.
The youngest child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver quietly lost 30 pounds, but he’s now returning to a more active life.
He explained at the first Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in May 2025 that achieving his results wasn’t quick, and involved a lot of experimentation. He said simply cutting out bread had a significant impact, but even now, when he compares old and new photos, he doesn’t feel like he’s fully reached his goal.
Meanwhile, Christopher did not let a certain seven-time Mr. Olympia in on his plan.
In a June 2025 interview with The Times, Arnold explained he never directly told his son he needed to lose weight. Instead, they gradually incorporated healthier foods into his diet and encouraged him to go to the gym. Eventually, his son decided on his own to get in shape, which Arnold was thrilled about. He always believed any change had to come from within, and it finally did.

Chrissy Metz jokingly says she only runs when she has to, but she loves strength training. Working out has been a key part of her 100-pound weight loss journey.
In an April 2025 interview with DailyMail.com, the former This Is Us star explained that her main goal is to age gracefully and maintain her strength. She said that’s what motivates all of her efforts.
To Metz, aging gracefully means “staying strong and flexible,” so she tries to be active every day.

John Goodman was known for his large size when he played Dan Conner on the show Roseanne in the 1990s – he once joked to David Letterman that he weighed nearly 400 pounds. However, by the time The Conners began in 2018, the character, and Goodman himself, had made some healthy changes.
In 2007, Goodman stopped drinking, which was the beginning of his journey to a healthier lifestyle. He enjoyed staying active through boxing and taking his dogs for walks.
In 2010, he told People magazine that he was working hard to get in shape, exercising six days a week and eliminating sugar from his diet, which had helped him lose around 100 pounds, but he was staying calm and collected about it.
Overall, the 6-foot-2 actor has lost about 200 pounds since he was at his peak weight.
In a 2016 interview with ABC News, Goodman explained he simply grew weary of focusing on himself. He described feeling a sense of self-repulsion, saying, ‘You avoid looking at yourself even during simple things like shaving,’ and added that this could become a harmful state of mind.

Oprah Winfrey has been sharing the highs and lows of her weight loss journey for decades.
Whether it was famously squeezing into skinny jeans and wheeling out 67 pounds of fat on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1988, or investing in WeightWatchers in 2015, Oprah has consistently used her influence to raise awareness about weight and wellness.
In a March 2024 interview on An Oprah Special: Shame, Blame and the Weight Loss Revolution, she shared that she was using medication, alongside eating less and exercising, to manage her weight.
“It’s not just one thing,” she said of her secret to staying fit, “it’s multiple things.”
Winfrey shared that her intention with the special was to reduce the shame and judgment surrounding weight. She wanted to stop people from criticizing others – or themselves – for their weight or choices about weight loss, and to encourage self-acceptance.

Lizzo simply wanted to feel better from head to toe.
In a May 2023 TikTok video, the singer explained that she began exercising not to change her body, but to improve her mental well-being. She wanted to feel better about herself and overcome feelings of shame and self-disgust, and she found that exercise helped her shift her mindset.
In a TikTok video from January 2025, she shared that she was working on losing weight, explaining that her aim was simply to improve her overall well-being.
Lizzo explained that even after losing weight, she won’t be considered traditionally ‘thin,’ and will likely still be classified as morbidly obese according to the BMI scale. She anticipates some people online will still comment on her body, but ultimately, her happiness is what matters most to her.
Just a moment later, the video cut to Lizzo happily announcing that her body fat percentage had decreased by 16%, and her BMI had gone down by 10.5 points.
She finished with a hopeful message: you’re capable of achieving anything you truly want. “And now,” she said, “it’s time to start thinking about what’s next.”
