Claudia Winkleman’s new chat show is coming to BBC One soon, with a confirmed release date announced after much anticipation.
Last year, it was announced that Claudia Winkleman will host a new show where she chats with famous people from film, TV, music, and other areas. She’ll have lively conversations with them in front of a live studio audience.
The BBC has announced that Claudia Winkleman’s new show will premiere on Friday, March 13th at 10:40 PM on BBC One and will also be available on iPlayer.
Details on which famous faces will join the sofa are yet to be announced.

When Claudia Winkleman first got the job, she said she was thrilled and grateful to the BBC for the chance. She joked that she’d probably be terrible, but was excited to give it a go.
The new show will take over the time slot previously held by The Graham Norton Show, which finished its 33rd season last Friday, February 20th.
As a huge fan, I was thrilled to hear Claudia Winkleman is getting her own show on the BBC! She’s a total gem – so warm, funny, and genuinely entertaining. What I love most is how she makes everyone feel comfortable, whether they’re famous or just watching from home. The BBC is so lucky to have her, and I know viewers are going to absolutely love seeing her chat with a fantastic lineup of stars on her sofa. We’re all really excited!
As a huge fan of talk shows, I always thought Graham Norton absolutely owned Friday nights – it was a must-watch! So, when I heard So Television was looking for someone new, I wondered how they’d even begin to fill those shoes. Their managing director, Graham Stuart, put it perfectly: they needed a host just as fantastic, and honestly, I think they’ve found one. It’s a bold move, but they seem confident!
The Claudia Winkleman Show begins on Friday 13 March at 10:40pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
