Does The Penguin Season 2 Need to Happen After The Batman Part II?

Despite Colin Farrell currently doubting a second season of The Penguin, many fans are hoping he’s mistaken. He recently revealed that Penguin will have a smaller role in The Batman Part II compared to the first film.
