Conjoined Twin Carmen Andrade Slam Critics “Obsessed” With Sex Life

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! Lupita Andrade – yes, *the* Lupita, one half of the incredible conjoined twins – just got married last October, and honestly, I’m living for it! But she’s had enough of everyone constantly asking about… well, you know… her *personal* life. She finally spoke out saying she’s totally over having to explain things, and good for her! It’s her life, and people need to get over it. I’m just so proud of her for standing up for herself!

In a recent interview with *People* magazine, published on September 18th, she expressed confusion about why anyone would be interested in her personal life, specifically saying, “I don’t understand why people need to know about my private parts.”

Daniel, who started dating Carmen after meeting her on Hinge in 2020, also criticized the public’s interest in their personal life.

He continued, saying people are overly focused on sex, and quite simply, it’s a private matter that others shouldn’t concern themselves with.

Lupita is also frustrated with being constantly connected to her sister’s relationship, and keeps being asked if she’s romantically involved with her sister’s husband.

“I love him as a brother,” she added. “That’s about it.”

Despite being frustrated with repeatedly answering the same questions, Carmen and Lupita, both 25, have tried to satisfy public curiosity by openly discussing their bodies and reproductive health.

I recently spoke with Carmen, and she bravely shared something very personal. She and her wife, Lupita, have been navigating fertility challenges. They’ve both been diagnosed with endometriosis, and are also taking hormone blockers which, understandably, stop their periods. It takes a lot of courage to talk about these things, and I admire Carmen for sharing their story.

Lupita Nyong’o clarified that she isn’t interested in romantic relationships, explaining that she identifies as asexual and ‘doesn’t want anyone.’

You know, what really struck me when Carmen first talked about Daniel was how much she appreciated that he *didn’t* immediately ask about her health. She told me it was so refreshing – he didn’t lead with a question about her condition like everyone else did. She said she knew right away he was different, and that’s what initially drew her to him. It was a really sweet thing to hear, honestly.
