In simpler terms, the innovative tech company specializing in artificial intelligence secured a 15-year lease contract with Applied Digital for a capacity of 250 megawatts of IT power at their Ellendale, North Dakota data center complex.

In the last quarter of 2025, a 100MW power plant will be activated, and we anticipate another 150MW facility coming online in the middle of 2026. Furthermore, CoreWeave retains options for an extra 300MW of capacity.

The Ellendale campus of Applied Digital is constructed to accommodate 400 megawatts of crucial IT operations, while a potential 1 gigawatt of power capacity is currently being evaluated.
