Will Driscoll (played by Lucas Hodgson-Wale) was visibly upset and cried when he found out his abuser, Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon), had been arrested in Coronation Street.
A teenager has been secretly dating his PE teacher for several months, even before his family moved to Weatherfield. She is now pregnant with his child and has been pressuring Sam Blakeman to keep their relationship a secret.
Sam was convinced Will and Megan were seeing each other, so he desperately tried to find proof, even going as far as hiding a camera in Megan’s apartment. However, Megan discovered his plan and cleverly made it appear as though she was rejecting Will’s attempts to get together with her.
She then threatened Sam, saying that if she was to tell anyone, she’d accuse him of voyeurism.
Sam recently overdosed and was hospitalized, and it happened while he was struggling with stress and relying on medication for his ADHD. His former stepmother, Leanne, noticed something concerning between Sam and Megan and encouraged him to talk about what was bothering him.

Despite being scared, he found the courage to tell Leanne and Eva, Will’s stepmother, what had happened.
Eva didn’t immediately think Megan could do what she’d been accused of, but she asked her to come to the Rovers to explain. Megan became very upset, explaining she was ashamed to tell the Driscolls what happened, and that Will’s feelings were just a youthful infatuation she’d quickly ended.

Eva pretended that she believed her, but in her absence, swore to make her pay.
Today, I was shocked to hear her tell Ben, Will’s dad, everything that was happening. He was absolutely furious! He just couldn’t believe he’d let this woman into our lives and that we’d all been so trusting of her, especially after everything she’d done.
He brought Will to the police station, hoping to get him to talk, but Will strongly denied everything and confirmed what Megan had said. Ben realized his son was being dishonest, but he pretended to believe him.
After the Driscolls told the police about the crime, officers went to Weatherfield High to arrest Megan. Her boyfriend, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), was completely shocked and refused to believe their explanation for the arrest.
The two shared a brief kiss, as she promised him she’d make things right.
As news reached the Rovers of what had happened, Will sobbed on the staircase.
Is Megan about to get her comeuppance?
