Coronation Street airs upsetting scenes for terrified Sam Blakeman in early ITVX release

Young Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) is still struggling in Coronation Street, following months of being mistreated and threatened by his former PE teacher, Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon).

She was secretly seeing Sam’s classmate, Will Driscoll (played by Lucas Hodgson-Wale), and became pregnant with his child. They managed to keep their relationship hidden for months, and Sam was the only one who knew and threatened to reveal it.

He once secretly installed a camera in Megan’s apartment, but she found it and pretended to interact with Will to make Sam think he was on the wrong track. She warned him that she would report him to the police for invasion of privacy if he continued to believe his suspicions.

The teenager was struggling with stress and began relying on his ADHD medication to calm his anxiety when he was around certain people. This became clear when he collapsed in public, and his former stepmother, Leanne, realized he wasn’t taking the medication simply to cope with school exams.

Now that the Driscolls knew Will was abusing someone, they were upset to discover the police couldn’t help much because there wasn’t enough proof. Security camera footage showing him with Megan at the Chariot Square Hotel had been deleted only a few hours earlier.

I still get the feeling something’s not right, even though Will keeps swearing his connection with Megan was just friendly. It’s like Sam just knows there’s more to the story, and he’s not backing down.

Eva Price recently encouraged Will to apologize to Sam for his past behavior, hoping they could resolve their issues. Although it initially seemed like they were moving forward, Will later took back his apology and threatened Sam, warning him that there would be consequences if he bothered him or Megan again.

As fans of the show are aware, he continues to meet with her in secret, believing they can eventually escape and be together.

Sam, who recently started talking to a counselor about his problems, was unexpectedly targeted by Will at the end of yesterday’s episode. While walking down the street, Will suddenly chased after him, causing Sam to trip and fall.

Ben Price, who plays Nick Tilsley, hurried to see if Sam was okay, but Will had already disappeared before he could say anything.

Today on the show, Sam unexpectedly encountered Will again, this time with Megan. He quickly returned home to share what he’d witnessed at the police station with Nick, Leanne, and Toyah Battersby, and they immediately informed Eva.

She called Will into the back room of the Rovers and asked him to verify if Sam was being honest.

Will was determined to defend his friend, the groomer, and claimed he’d stayed at the pub all morning, saying the story about leaving was made up. Feeling unfairly accused of lying, Sam went to Leanne’s apartment.

Alone on the sofa, he began to sob, clearly stressed that truth was not prevailing.

Will his family realise the devastating effect this is having on his mental health?
