Crunchyroll has announced that English dubs for some new anime episodes will be released later than expected. This affects popular series like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2, among others.
Frieren Season 2 and other Crunchyroll anime to have delayed English dub releases
The popular anime streaming service announced that it’s delaying the release of English dubs for several upcoming shows because of severe weather.
Crunchyroll’s dubbing studio is located in Dallas, Texas, an area that’s been hit hard by recent winter storms. These storms have unexpectedly slowed down production, making it difficult for Crunchyroll to stay on schedule.
The impacted anime, which will have a postponed English dub release, include:

- Episodes 3 and 4 — February 14, 2026
- An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29
