He requests that the judge “preclude evidence and arguments based on privacy rights,” a clever ruse to keep the truth at bay. 🚫
But what of the witness, Matthew Green? Will he be allowed to speak of the venture capitalists who fear association with criminal activity? Or will his words be silenced, like the whispers of a dissident in a Soviet prison? 🗣️ Clayton argues that Green’s testimony would be “inflammatory and prejudicial,” a convenient excuse to keep the truth from the jury.
