Dancing With the Stars’ Jen Affleck On Meeting Ben Affleck

Jen Affleck isn’t keeping this life moment a secret.

A star from *Secret Lives of Mormon Wives* shared her experience filming a recent Dunkin’ Donuts commercial with Ben Affleck, and whether her husband, Zac Affleck, had a chance to talk to the director of *Argo* while on set.

Jen shared with TopMob News that she and another person recently met Ben Affleck. She said it happened after the September 23rd episode of Dancing With the Stars, and it was a surprising experience for both of them.

The 26-year-old woman explained how her husband reacted when they found out the man they thought was a distant relative-Zac’s second cousin-was actually not related to them at all.

She chuckled, recalling how he’d confidently said beforehand, ‘I’m totally calm, it’s nothing to worry about.’ But then he entered their trailer, and everyone became starstruck. ‘It was just, ‘Oh my gosh, Ben Affleck!” (For more on this season of *Dancing with the Stars*, check out *TopMob News* tonight, September 24th at 11 p.m.)

Jen previously talked about filming the Dunkin’ commercial with Ben Affleck, playfully describing herself as a more affordable and energetic version of him while pretending to pick up an order for “Affleck” at the counter. She then jokingly called Ben “old-fashioned,” and the ad shows him overhearing her and responding with a playful, “Rude!”

You know, looking back on it, it was all pretty playful. We really just giggled about the whole thing, honestly. It wasn’t a big deal – just a moment we shared a laugh over.

Although Jen jokingly called herself the ‘value version’ of Ben in the commercial, she revealed that one of Ben’s children – Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner – visited the set just to meet her.

Ben’s daughter and her friend, a big fan, came to meet him. The daughter insisted they were family, even if not by blood, and Jen-who didn’t mention the daughter’s name-thought that was wonderful.

The reality star also said she and Ben were both happy they’d agreed to be in the fun commercial in the first place.

Jen recounted that the actor, known for his role in *Pearl Harbor*, simply said, “Thank you for doing this.” Confused, Jen replied, “What do you mean, thank *you*? I should be thanking *you*!”
