We were eager to play Darwin’s Paradox, Konami’s charming platformer about an octopus, and we’re happy to share that a demo is now available!
You can play it now on PlayStation 5, and the demo is a surprisingly cool team-up with the world of Metal Gear Solid.

As you learn to control Darwin’s octopus powers – such as camouflage and ink-based escapes – you’ll discover hidden references to Konami’s famous stealth action games. These playful additions make the demo a memorable and special experience.
Konami announced that Darwin’s Paradox will be released on April 2nd, 2026, for PlayStation 5, following the game’s demo.
