Dax Shepard & Kristen Bell Share Rare Photo of Daughters on Halloween

As a seasoned fashion enthusiast who has spent countless hours poring over glossy magazine pages and runway shows, I must say that this year’s celebrity Halloween costumes have truly outdone themselves!

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell are frozen in time with their throwback Halloween costume.

The couple, made up of a husband and wife, accompanied by their two girls, Lincoln (age 11) and Delta (age 9), broadcasted live directly from the Halloween atmosphere, as they donned costumes inspired by characters from the 2004 comedy “Anchorman.” They even received support from friend Anna Kendrick.

On Instagram, November 1st, Dax donned a rosy pink suit and a tanned cowboy hat, embodying the character of Champ Kind, played by David Koechner. He even flashed a wink at the camera. Meanwhile, Kristen transformed into Ron Burgundy, portrayed by Will Ferrell, for Halloween, sporting a vibrant red suit, coordinating tie, a short brown wig, and a fake mustache in a rich brown hue.

Near the actress from Frozen and the host of Armchair Expert stood two kids, who had their faces hidden behind pumpkin emoji masks, likely their daughters. They were dressed up for Halloween in throwback outfits. Their eldest daughter, Lincoln, resembled Paul Rudd’s character Brian Fantana from the movie with her orange leather jacket, orange-and-white button-down shirt, and tan plaid pants, exuding his style and smooth-talking demeanor.

Her younger sibling, Delta, adopted the role of Steve Carell’s eccentric character Brick Tamland. She sported an entire blue suit ensemble accessorized with a brown-and-blue tie. The pair, appearing to be their blonde-haired selves, opted for short brunette wigs, mimicking their mother’s hairstyle.

As an ardent admirer, I stepped into the role of none other than Christina Applegate’s character, Veronica Corningstone, for our group costume. I completed the look by donning a pair of tan slacks, a matching vest over a pink blouse, and a long blonde wig to perfect the on-air reporter aesthetic. To complete the transformation, I even held a microphone, channeling Veronica’s essence in every aspect.

In a post filled with clips of an amazing hayride crafted by Dax, Kristen wrote: “Ladies and Gentlemen, here’s the Channel 4 news team!” She also expressed gratitude to Dax, fondly referred to as ‘everybody’s favorite neighborhood gear head’, for organizing the most thrilling hayride ever! Despite enjoying the Halloween celebrations, the Shepard-Bell family has chosen to keep their children away from public view, including obscuring children’s faces in photographs. The couple, who value privacy greatly, have also initiated a campaign called “No Kids Policy” to prevent celebrities’ children’s images from being widely shared in the media.

Kristen shared with Romper in 2020 that she felt her career path involved being in the public eye. She decided to be interviewed and photographed. However, she isn’t sure if others would desire the same thing. Therefore, she doesn’t believe it’s right for her to make decisions for them.
