Deadpool 3 Actor Reportedly Recast As Obscure Spider-Man 4 Villain

I’ve been following the news about Spider-Man 4, and it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster! Apparently, an actor who played a villain in Deadpool & Wolverine has been recast as a different villain for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Even though they’ve finished filming Spider-Man 4, people are still talking about who the main bad guy really is. It sounds like Marvel is bringing in a bunch of smaller-time villains for the movie, and we’re not sure yet how important each of them will be to the overall story.

Actor Billy Clements is set to play the villain Ramrod, a cyborg, in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie, according to Cryptic HD Quality. This role follows his recent appearance as a lesser-known villain in Deadpool & Wolverine.

Although Clements has worked on several Marvel projects like Eternals, Black Widow, and Secret Invasion, his most significant role to date was in Deadpool 3. He played The Russian, a villain from The Punisher, appearing in The Void as one of Cassandra Nova’s allies before being destroyed by Channing Tatum’s Gambit.

Okay, so Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is facing a seriously upgraded threat level in the new film. We’re talking a whole new crew of villains – Michael Mando as Scorpion looks particularly menacing, and they’ve cast Billy Clements as Ramrod and Marvin Jones III as Tombstone. There are still a couple of roles to fill – Boomerang and Tarantula – and honestly, the biggest question mark is who’s going to be the main bad guy. It’s a mystery that’s definitely got me intrigued!

Does Spider-Man 4’s Newest Villain Hint at Daredevil’s Return?

Ramrod is one of seven villains expected to appear in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day. However, he’s likely to have a small part. He’s not a very well-known character from the comics – he’s mostly appeared as an enemy of Daredevil – and will be played by Billy Clements, an actor who isn’t a household name.

With the villain list for Spider-Man 4 expanding, the movie could show a quick recap of Peter Parker’s adventures since No Way Home. Another possibility is introducing a character who becomes a sidekick to the crime boss, Tombstone.

It’s likely the introduction of Ramrod as a Daredevil enemy will increase fan excitement about Charlie Cox returning as the superhero in Brand New Day, particularly since he won’t be the only familiar villain showing up.

Adding to the excitement, Rosario Dawson, who played Claire Temple in the Netflix Marvel series, is also rumored to be appearing. This is a big surprise since her character hasn’t been seen since the Netflix shows ended, and it will be her first time in a Marvel Studios project after not being involved (so far) in the Daredevil: Born Again reboot.

Jon Bernthal will return as the Punisher, but unfortunately, Charlie Cox, who plays Daredevil, won’t be appearing. Cox has repeatedly stated he’s not involved, and several sources have confirmed this.
