Everyone knows life is certain to bring death, taxes, and Hideo Kojima playfully hinting at new projects. Just last week, Kojima tweeted that he was back to editing after an eight-month break – a likely reference to work on Death Stranding 2. Now, he’s shared another photo of his workspace clearly displaying the words “A Hideo Kojima Game,” strongly suggesting a new trailer is coming soon.
It’s funny, Kojima mentioned he was short on time for editing today, likely because he’s working on other things. If a reveal is planned for the State of Play event on February 12th at 2 PM PST, you’d expect the trailer to be finished by now.
It’s hard to say for sure what’s coming, as the file names are unreadable. However, many people believe Kojima Productions will announce Death Stranding 2: On the Beach – Director’s Cut, and that this version will finally be available on PC. This seems likely, especially since the Entertainment Software Ratings Board accidentally revealed information about it last November.
It’s possible we’ll get another trailer for Physint soon, potentially showing off more of the actors involved. We might even find out if Robert Pattinson is indeed playing the main character. We won’t have to wait long to know for sure, as State of Play is happening in just a few days.
Didn’t have much time today for editing.
