Debby Ryan Gives Birth, Welcomes Baby With Twenty One Pilots’ Josh Dun

Debby Ryanand Josh Dun’s house of gold just added a new member.

Actress Jessie and Twenty One Pilots drummer Josh Dun announced the birth of their daughter, Felix Winter Dun, on December 13th. They shared personal photos from her home birth with the announcement.

She shared on Instagram that they spent a night under the bright supermoon, fondly remembering their life as a couple and excitedly telling their child they were ready to welcome a new baby. Later that day, their son, Felix, was born amidst Christmas lights and a snowy landscape, delivered right into his father’s arms.

The first video shows the couple hugging while Debby is in the birthing tub. Debby, 32, thanked her husband and the medical team for helping her have a smooth delivery.

Joshua was a fantastic teammate and thankfully made it through a difficult situation to be there for his daughters. I also felt incredibly supported during childbirth by a wonderful team and the encouragement of amazing women, both close by and far away.

She’s completely smitten with her baby and shared some cute photos in the post.

Debby was completely smitten, describing her baby’s hair as silky and her breath as sweetly scented like vanilla. Even the little sounds the baby made – chirps, squeaks, and whimpers – sounded like music to her. She worried that time was passing too quickly, and that each time she blinked, her baby seemed a little bigger. For now, she just wanted to savor these precious moments, feeling happily ‘trapped’ under the weight of her eight-pound baby, Felix Winter Dun.

Debby went on to say, “I’ve held many roles in people’s lives, but being a source of comfort, nurturing growth, and helping bring new life into the world are the things I’m most proud of.”

Debby Ryan, known for her work on the Disney Channel and as a musician, revealed she was pregnant in September. She and her husband shared the news on Instagram with photos of her baby bump and a picture of their sonogram. They playfully announced the news with the caption, “dun&dun +one.”

Debby and Josh, both 37, are starting a new phase of their lives while still having fun and enjoying each other’s company.

The musician explained that his idea of marriage, formed when he was a child, didn’t quite match his reality. He and his wife, Debby Ryan, whom he quietly married in 2019, feel much younger than he perceived his parents to be. As he told Kenny Sipes in a 2022 interview, ‘Debby and I are just kids.’

But that’s not to say they’re the same people they were when they first started dating in 2013.  

In a 2018 interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, Debby explained that she and her partner had changed and developed significantly since they first connected – both professionally and personally. She described having a strong support system in each other and being each other’s biggest cheerleaders.
