Deion Sanders and Karrueche Tran are intercepting the narrative when it comes to their love lives. 

The retired football player and model hinted at a possible relationship by sharing a fashionable selfie on Deion’s Instagram Stories on December 28th.

The pair, who have been rumored to be dating since Karrueche was seen supporting Deion in a July YouTube documentary about his cancer journey, looked happy together in the photo.

The former NFL cornerback, 58, was wearing flashy, jeweled necklaces, dark sunglasses, and a cream-colored sweater. Meanwhile, the actress from The Bay chose pink sunglasses and a black jacket.

Although Karrueche hasn’t officially confirmed she’s in a relationship, she recently revealed she is currently dating. This comes after past relationships with Chris Brown and Victor Cruz, and marks a rare update on her personal life.

Karrueche, 37, recently explained on the August 28th episode of the What’s Next podcast that she wouldn’t be involved if she wasn’t enjoying herself. She didn’t mention Deion Sanders by name, but emphasized she’s at a stage in her life where she knows what she wants, having experienced a variety of relationships with people of all ages.

She joked that if she wasn’t enjoying her life, she wouldn’t bother continuing. She’d much prefer to be relaxing at home, maybe doing yoga or simply in bed by nine, focusing on her own well-being. She emphasized that she’s currently very content with where she is in life.

Although they’re being secretive about what’s going on between them, the actress has always been very supportive of Deion—who has five children: Deiondra, 33, Deion Jr., 32, Shilo, 25, Shedeur, 23, and Shelomi, 22—especially as he’s dealt with health issues, including a recent 16th surgery.

In a recent YouTube video, she shared that they were at the hospital because her husband is battling bladder cancer. Doctors are removing his bladder and will reconstruct a new one using part of his intestine. They chose this approach because it offers the best chance of completely eliminating the cancer and preventing its return, as it had grown close to his muscle. She explained they’re at the hospital to ensure the bladder is fully removed.

It looks like these two are finally ready to confirm they’re a couple. They were recently seen getting cozy in a YouTube video posted by their son, Shilo, on December 27th. The video showed Shilo opening a Christmas gift – a charcoal-colored hoodie from the actress known for her role in Bel-Air.

Giving Shilo a hug, she quipped, “Stepson.”
