As a die-hard fan of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, I’m absolutely thrilled that the movie, Infinity Castle, is less than a month away from hitting US theaters! Over the past few months, we’ve been swept up in an ocean of posters, trailers, sneak peeks, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. It’s no surprise that Tanjiro has been hogging the limelight in many promos, with other esteemed members of the Demon Slayer Corps and Hashiras also getting their moments to shine. However, the latest promo is all about putting the franchise’s most outstanding female character front and center as she prepares for some exhilarating battles within Infinity Castle!
The much-anticipated movie titled “Infinity Castle,” part of the Demon Slayer franchise, has been unveiled in Japan, marking the beginning of a trilogy that will conclude the series. While anime platforms like X (previously Twitter) are notorious for spoilers, plot leaks regarding Infinity Castle have been effectively managed by Ufotable, Aniplex, and Crunchyroll, leaving fans worldwide excited but in suspense. For now, US and international viewers can only speculate based on the trailers, with a significant development hinted for Shinobu Kocho, everyone’s favorite female Demon Slayer Hashira.
Demon Slayer Shares New Shinobu Kocho Visual

The latest promo for “Infinity Castle” was posted on the official social media account of “Demon Slayer X”. In the poster, Shinobu Kocho is depicted preparing for combat while donning her Demon Slayer Corps uniform and brandishing her sword. Notably, Kocho is positioned before an Infinity Castle setting, hinting at a formidable fight that lies ahead for the Insect Hashira.
I’ve just come across a fresh visual featuring Shinobu Kocho, which continues the series of character posters centered around Infinity Castle themes for this captivating show. Earlier iterations prominently displayed Tanjiro, with Zenitsu and Inosuke following suit soon after. Subsequently, it was the Hashiras’ turn to take center stage, gracing individual posters including Giyu, Tengen, Mitsuro, and more.
Infinity Castle Is Going HEAVY With Its Character Posters

The marketing strategy for anime, particularly Demon Slayer by Ufotable and Aniplex, is quite different from the usual minimalist approach. Instead of less being more, they’ve gone all out in promoting the film. Before its Japanese debut, they started a 100-day countdown titled “Infinity Castle.” This countdown was packed with exciting new trailers, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and even extended periods focusing on Rengoku, making the wait feel as lengthy as some episodes of One Piece.
The film titled “Infinity Castle” is currently screening in Japanese cinemas and has already secured the third-highest box office earnings in Japan’s history, with “Mugen Train” leading the pack for now. When it hits international screens in September, predictions suggest that “Infinity Castle” could surpass the records set by “Mugen Train”.
