Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Film Features the Final Fights Against the Villains
At first, the Demon Slayers intended to catch Muzan Kibutsuji off guard and eliminate him before he could retaliate. Eliminating Muzan would simultaneously eradicate all demons except for Yushiro. However, their scheme goes sideways when Nakime, the demon who constructed the Infinity Castle, drags the Corps into an intricate maze. The Infinity Castle is incredibly hard to traverse, and it’s where the Upper Moons lie in wait to attack their foes. In the demons’ fortress, the Demon Slayers find themselves at a considerable disadvantage, but they are determined not to abandon their mission of vanquishing the demons.
Previously, the Demon Slayers managed to take down the Upper Moons Four to Six. However, the top three demons are in a league of their own. We’ve had a taste of Akaza’s immense power as the Upper Rank Three, and his strength will be even more formidable during the Infinity Castle Arc. Akaza is set to go head-to-head with Tanjiro, who seeks revenge for Kyojuro Rengoku’s demise. Giyu will also step in to aid Tanjiro in this upcoming battle.
In the trailer, it’s hinted that we’ll see Doma, a powerful Upper Rank Two, clash with Shinobu, the Insect Hashira, revealing his terrifying abilities. Additionally, Zenitsu’s ominous appearance and the secretive adversary he confronts will be unveiled. The remaining Hashira characters will also have their moments in the spotlight as they engage in a massive battle against humans and demons, which lasts through an entire night in the film.
