Bandai Namco’s new “Digimon Story” game titled “Time Stranger” will hit shelves on October 3rd, but eager fans don’t have to wait that long to get a taste! A free demo for PC users is already available, and those playing on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 can look forward to it at a later date. This demo offers the initial chapter of the story, with any progress made in this version being saved and transferred to the full game upon its release.
In a fun and engaging style, “Digimon Story: Time Stranger” follows Dan and Kanan Yuki as they embark on a time-travel adventure. A catastrophic event is imminent, with Shinjuku at the heart of it all, and it’s their mission to prevent this disaster. Accompanied by their trusted Digimon partners, they navigate through both the real world and the Digital World Iliad. Players will also encounter Plutomon, the leader of the Titans, and face off against him during their journey.
Completing the demo offers players a chance to explore an additional game mode, dubbed Adventure Trial Mode, which allows them to delve into specific dungeons within Iliad’s Central Town. Please note that progress made in this mode won’t carry over, but it serves as a valuable practice ground for honing your skills.
