At present, the character Paul Atreides hasn’t yet made an appearance, not even a fleeting hint to a sandworm – however, elements from the movies (and Frank Herbert’s renowned science fiction books) are already in position. We remain in a galaxy with a fragile emperor (played by Mark Strong), and behind the scenes continue to manipulate events the Bene Gesserit, an enigmatic group of prophetic advisors headed by Emily Watson as Valya Harkonnen and her sister Tula (Olivia Williams).
