Fan event at Disney California Adventure Park, Ayo Davis, President of Disney Branded Television, revealed a lineup of new series and specials. These include a new Cars series, a new Marvel’s Avengers series, and a special featuring Spider-Man and Iron Man teaming up together.
The upcoming Cars installment is named “Cars: Thunder Racers.” This fresh edition brings back some familiar faces, with Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy re-entering their roles as Lightning McQueen and Mater respectively. Additionally, a number of new characters join the fray, such as Pipes, a speedy drag car, and Miles, a formidable monster truck. The premiere is scheduled for 2027.
On the Marvel side of things, Disney has unveiled some exciting news. They’re launching a new preschool series called “Marvel’s Avengers: Mightiest Heroes,” which is based on characters like kid-friendly versions of Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Panther, Black Widow, and Thor.
