I’m so excited about Disney’s new holiday short, “Best Christmas Ever!” What makes it even more special is that it’s directed by Taika Waititi, who actually won an Academy Award – that’s incredible!
The poster features a beautiful, cozy home decorated for Christmas, with snow falling all around.
A girl in pajamas is giving a big hug to a very unusual animal.
It’s hard to say exactly what this creature is made of, but it looks like a drawing that magically came to life.
Either way, the young girl is ecstatic to see it!

The full short will be launching soon, so keep your eyes peeled for what it might mean!
Last year, Disney released a heartwarming holiday short called “The Boy & The Octopus.” It’s a charming story about friendship and discovery that reminds viewers of their lifelong connection to Disney’s magic.
That one was also directed by Waititi, who’s returning this year once more.
Christmas ads are already starting to appear, and many of them are really good!
