A new Frozen release has arrived! While it’s not Frozen 3, it gives fans a glimpse of what’s to come in the next movie – including a long-awaited story focusing on Anna. Disney+ Insider: World of Frozen, a short documentary showcasing the new World of Frozen area at Disneyland Paris, premiered on Disney+ over the weekend. The documentary coincides with the March 29th opening of World of Frozen and mainly highlights the attractions within it. Notably, it features Frozen 3 co-directors Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy, who offer hints about a major storyline in the upcoming sequel.
In a seven-minute segment from Disney+ Insider: World of Frozen, Jennifer Lee speaks to an actress playing Anna, mentioning, “We’ve heard there are big wedding plans underway.” When the actress expresses her excitement, Correy asks for details. Anna explains that Olaf enjoys planning parties in Arendelle and has been secretly working with Kristoff on a large surprise for the Snowflower Festival.
Although not officially confirmed, a wedding for Anna and Kristoff in Frozen 3 seems likely – and the filmmakers would be the most reliable source of information. This aligns with story details reported in 2025, which also hinted at a wedding. The Snowflower Festival would be a perfect setting for a proposal or wedding, and would provide a satisfying conclusion to their story arc after all these years, giving fans the happy ending they’ve hoped for.
Anna & Kristoff’s Wedding Will Pay Off Years of Storytelling in Frozen 3

While Anna and Elsa’s bond is central to the Frozen movies, Anna’s relationship with Kristoff has been a key part of the story too. After Anna found her confidence and became queen in Frozen 2, it feels natural that their relationship would progress to marriage. They even addressed their communication problems in the second film, suggesting a strong foundation for a lasting commitment.
Known for surprising audiences – remember the Hans reveal in the first Frozen? – it’s possible the wedding hinted at won’t go as expected. While it probably won’t be the main focus of the movie (the story has always been about Anna and Elsa), Anna and Kristoff have earned a happy ending after two films. It seems like they might finally get one when Frozen 3 comes out in November 2027.
