Scroll on as we break down the potential link between the two Traitors contestants.
Do Ellie and Ross from The Traitors know each other?

Although Ross and Ellie haven’t seemed friendly on the show, fans have been looking through their old social media posts and believe they might have known each other previously.
Rumors started circulating when fans noticed, through Instagram posts, that the two individuals had both been at the same hotel in Tenerife.
Ross posted photos from his stay at the Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort, and fans later noticed that the background in photos Ellie shared matched the same location.

Although it seemed like Ross and Ellie might have gotten together after filming wrapped, a photo from 2024 – which has since been removed – indicates they weren’t together.
Ross’s Instagram account for his personal training business posted a picture of a group outing, featuring him and Ellie.
The photo shows Ross with his arm around Ellie, suggesting they might have known each other before appearing on the show.
Ever since Ross revealed he was keeping something hidden, people have been buzzing with guesses about how he and the other person know each other.
As of now, the two haven’t admitted to knowing each other on the show, but it seems likely they will soon.
You can continue watching season 4 of The Traitors on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. If you missed any previous episodes, seasons 1 through 3 are currently available on iPlayer.
