Feardemic and Almost Done Games have launched their new horror game, Dollmare, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game is available now for $4.99.
Dollmare first launched for PC via Steam on October 24, 2024.
Here is an overview of the game, via Feardemic:
About
You needed money quickly to cover your rent, so you took a job at a doll factory. It seemed like simple work, but it quickly became clear that something wasn’t right.
Inspect Anomalous Dolls
Thoroughly check each doll for anything unusual or creepy. Look for any imperfections or odd movements, and make sure only the dolls that seem perfectly normal are kept.
Creepy Without Screamers
This experience won’t involve any scary surprises. You won’t encounter monsters, be startled by sudden noises, or have to worry about fighting or gathering supplies.
Despite its unique approach, this game is still genuinely frightening. Expect to feel scared, anxious, and constantly on edge, as if you’re being followed or something terrible is about to occur – and it almost certainly will.
This game was made by developers who are too scared to play other horror games, so they made this.
Unique Playthroughs
This horror game offers a unique experience each time you play. Instead of following a set script, many of the events happen randomly, making every playthrough unpredictable and shaped by how you play.
Every player will have a unique experience in this game, making your adventure personal and original. Discover the mysteries hidden within the factory, and prepare for constant surprises around every corner.
During your work hours at the factory you will:
- Inspect dolls for defects and anomalies.
- Explore the dark and mysterious corners of the factory.
- Maintain production equipment.
- Follow strange protocols (just do, for your own safety).
- Uncover the mystery behind the dolls and the factory.
- Try not to lose your sanity and your life.
