When considering games that involve decision-making, Donkey Kong Bananza may not be the one that comes to mind initially, yet when faced with a crossroads, you can’t resist giving it a try.
At the Split stage, you will encounter a choice between two distinct routes, each offering unique landscapes to discover on their respective sides.
So, if you’re wondering which path to take in this situation, here’s everything you need to know.
Donkey Kong Bananza fork in the road choice: Should you choose the left or right path in The Divide?
In The Divide, it makes no difference which route you take initially. However, you must finish both paths if you want to advance further.
Taking the path on your left will lead you to a snow-covered region. Here, you can shatter a Void Stake to open the route that leads to the Frozen Layer. Your mission in this layer is to aid the Elder Kong in thwarting VoidCo’s plan to freeze the entire layer completely solid.
Following the correct route will take you to a Void Token, which serves as the key to access the Forest Stratum. Once there, you’ll have the opportunity to activate the Ostrich Bonanza and assist in purifying some contaminated water.
To proceed further, it’s essential that you finish both the Frozen Layer and the Forest Layer. After conquering one, you’ll need to come back here and tackle the remaining one.
Since it appears first in the sequence of levels, we recommend starting with the Frozen Layer as its level slots (SL) are between 500 and 503. This is lower than the Forest Layer’s SL range of 600 to 602.
However, our suggestion is that you should go with the Ostrich Bananza first, but ultimately the choice is yours. If you prefer to tackle a different game initially, then by all means, proceed as you wish!
