Square Enix has revealed a new trailer for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, showcasing the character Maribel, who grew up alongside the game’s main character and Kiefer.
Kiefer is determined to have things her way, but she’s genuinely kindhearted. She absolutely refuses to let her two childhood friends—the main character and herself—embark on an adventure without her joining them.
The updated version of Dragon Quest VII, called Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, will be available worldwide on February 5, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC (through Steam and the Microsoft Store).
