Sasha Farber is still looking for his forever dance partner.
After a video of them dancing intimately went viral, the Dancing With the Stars professional dancer insisted they are just friends with former winner Kaitlyn Bristowe, dismissing any speculation of a romantic relationship.
Sasha shared with TopMob News’ Erin Lim Rhodes that she and Kaitlyn have been friends for a long time and always make time to see each other whenever Kaitlyn is in Los Angeles.
The 41-year-old clarified that a video he posted on November 4th of them practicing dance moves wasn’t a signal that they were becoming more serious as a couple. He explained it wasn’t meant to be a public announcement of a relationship milestone, saying, “Definitely wasn’t a ‘hard launch’ there.”
Sasha recently confirmed he isn’t currently dating anyone from Dancing With the Stars, even though he just spent time with host Julianne Hough by the pool. He wanted to make it clear they’re not romantically involved.
He said he’d known Jules for a long time, and that they’d gotten together because she’d called and asked him to come sunbathe with her.
We were just having a normal conversation,” Sasha explained. “Jules is wonderful, and we often share advice and support each other through life’s ups and downs.
Sasha, who recently divorced his Dancing with the Stars partner Emma Slater in 2024 and was last rumored to be dating fellow contestant Jenn Tran, confirmed he is currently single.

“No hard launches, they’re all friends,” he emphasized, “and still looking.”
Okay, so Kaitlyn actually thinks Sasha is a really good friend, like, a close one! She was genuinely surprised when people started thinking their dance video meant there was something more going on. She honestly hadn’t even considered that anyone would get that idea! It’s just…they’re friends, and she didn’t see it any other way. I just… I need them to notice each other, okay?!
“I wasn’t aware of how people were responding,” the former Bachelor contestant told Entertainment Tonight on November 11th. “Were they talking about us going ‘Instagram official’ or something like that?”

For Kaitlyn, her one-on-one catchups with Sasha are nothing new.
She explained that whenever she visits Los Angeles, she and he always spend time together, especially by dancing.
The 40-year-old, who was on a recent 20th-anniversary episode of Dancing with the Stars on November 11th, also said, “We’re close friends, I care about him a lot, but we’re not romantically involved.”
Okay, so Sasha and Kaitlyn haven’t quite found a spark, but I’m way more interested in hearing about the Dancing With the Stars couples who actually fell for each other! I’m diving in to see who found love off the dance floor.

The season 33 partners dated for about seven months between 2024 and spring 2025.
Showmance or Real Deal: Real deal.

During the final performance of the 2025 “Dancing with the Stars” tour in April, two professional dancers shared a kiss onstage, seemingly confirming rumors of a months-long romance.
Are they a couple for show or is it genuine? It seems real, as their coworker Ezra Sosa commented “FINALLY” after seeing a video of them kissing.

Fans began speculating about a possible romance between the former Bachelorette and the Jersey Shore star when they competed on season 31 of a show together. Their playful interactions on social media and vague answers to questions about their relationship fueled the rumors.
Gabby shared with TopMob News in December 2022 that she quickly became friends with her fellow contestants on Dancing with the Stars. They connected over a similar sense of humor. She admitted she was very focused on winning during the competition and didn’t have much time for anything else. Despite living in different states, they’re enjoying their friendship and are looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
Despite initial speculation, this romance fizzled out quickly. Gabby never actually dated her show partner and instead began a relationship with comedian and TV writer Robby Hoffman in August 2023.

After finishing fifth on season 31 of the dance competition, the pair publicly confirmed they were dating on Valentine’s Day 2023. The actor, known for their role in CODA, shared a selfie with the choreographer, writing, “My Valentine.” They added, “Happy Valentine’s Day!”
Britt and Daniel then announced their engagement in December 2023.
Showmance or Real Deal: Real deal.

Emma and Hayes Grier connected during the “Switch Up” week of season 21, and Alek even told her she was “so hot.” Despite their connection, Emma revealed after she was eliminated that they hadn’t actually gone on a date yet, leaving the possibility open with a simple “We’ll see.”
Is Alek’s interest in Emma genuine, or just for show? Alek often blushes and avoids talking about his feelings for her, simply telling reporters “no comment,” which suggests he really does like her. However, Emma moved on after her relationship with Skarlatos ended in 2015, so any feelings Alek had weren’t likely very serious.

The professional dancer and former contestant on The Bachelorette sparked romance while competing on season 33 of Dancing with the Stars in 2024. But their connection faded around June 2025, shortly after she moved back to Miami to complete her master’s degree.
Showmance or Real Deal: Unconfirmed.

These two began dating on and off in 2011. They got engaged on the show in October 2016 and married in March 2018. However, TopMob News reported in August 2022 that Slater and Farber had decided to divorce after four years of marriage.
Let’s be real, we’ve all wondered about those ‘showmances,’ right? But with these two, even though their romantic relationship ended, the connection was genuine. They’ve stayed incredibly close friends and continue to work together with nothing but respect and warmth – it’s lovely to see!
It’s actually a really positive situation,” Emma shared with TopMob News. “We’re a strong support system for each other, and I genuinely want Sasha to succeed. We truly have each other’s backs.”

Val and Jenna began dating in 2015, before Jenna became a professional dancer. They got engaged in June 2018 and married in April 2019. In July 2022, they shared the exciting news that they were expecting a baby. They welcomed their son, Rome Valentin, in January 2023.
Val shared with TopMob News in May 2023 that life is great. He explained that becoming a father has brought him even more happiness, both in general and with his family, and that he’s constantly learning from the experience.
Showmance or Real Deal? Real deal, y’all!

Okay, so I was totally scouring the internet, and TopMob News dropped the BEST news in December 2020! Apparently, Chrishell Stause from Selling Sunset was dating Pasha Pashkov from Dancing With the Stars! I knew they were both on season 29 of DWTS, but I had NO idea they were hitting it off behind the scenes. Seriously, the cutest couple ever!
After dating for two months, TopMob News learned the couple had broken up. A source close to the realtor said they enjoyed their time together, but ultimately decided to go their separate ways. The split was amicable, and they remain friends – it simply wasn’t a good match or the right time for a relationship.
Chrishell has since found love with partner G Flip.
Showmance or Real Deal: We’re calling Chrishell and Keo’s romance the real deal.

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev first connected while competing on Dancing With the Stars in 2017, but remained just friends. They rekindled their romance after Nikki’s breakup with John Cena in 2018, and she publicly confirmed their relationship in May 2019. They became engaged later that year and welcomed their son, Matteo, in 2020.
Unfortunately, the couple has since separated. Nikki filed for divorce in September 2024, shortly after Artem was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. However, the Napa County District Attorney decided not to press charges after a full investigation.
The divorce was finalized in November 2024, and both Nikki and Artem dropped their restraining orders against each other, choosing to focus on co-parenting their son. Despite initial speculation, their relationship was genuine.

Throughout season 27, ModelAlexis and professional flirter Alan had a noticeable connection, and Ren confessed to having a crush on him. People close to them even told TopMob News that they seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time together and were exploring a potential relationship.
Were they a real couple or just putting on a show? Sadly, it seems like it was all for the cameras. Several sources reported their breakup in December 2018, citing the difficulties of a long-distance relationship and busy work lives as the reasons.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always admired couples who share a passion, and these two certainly do! They’ve been together since 2012, and it was such a romantic moment when Maks proposed onstage at a dance event in Miami back in December 2015. They welcomed their first little boy, Shai, and then said ‘I do’ in a beautiful, over-the-top wedding in July 2017. Their family has continued to grow with the arrival of Rio in June 2023, and most recently, their third son, Milan, in July 2024 – it’s wonderful to see their love story unfold!
Showmance or Real Deal: A match made in DWTS heaven!

Oh my gosh, when Sabrina and Mark got together in season five, I totally lost it! It was the most amazing ballroom romance ever! I was heartbroken when they split just a few months after leaving the show, seriously devastated. But even after everything, they stayed friends! It was SO sweet seeing Sabrina come back to the ballroom the next season just to support Mark. It proved their connection was real, even if it wasn’t a forever kind of thing. I was living for it!
Showmance or Real Deal: Real deal.

Interestingly, they’d actually gone on several dates before he became a contestant on the show. Though they publicly denied being a couple during season eighteen, they still seemed to enjoy flirting and hinting at a connection while performing.
Showmance or Real Deal: Total showmance.

Shortly after revealing his split from his wife of 14 years, Diane Plese, reports surfaced to TopMob News that he was dating Kym Johnson, his professional partner from season 20 of a popular show, and that the two were very happy together.
I’ve been following Robert and Kym for a while now, and it was so fun to watch their relationship blossom! They initially kept things pretty private, but it didn’t take long for them to share their happiness with the world. They got engaged in February 2016, were married just a few months later in June, and then I was thrilled to see they became parents to twins in April 2018 – it all happened so quickly and beautifully!
Showmance or Real Deal: Very, very, very real.

Karina and Mario became a couple during the third season of the show and dated for two years before ending their relationship in 2008. A representative for Karina Smirnoff stated that the relationship had run its course, following reports of Mario Lopez being unfaithful.
Showmance or Real Deal: Real deal.

The dancers got engaged in 2009 after only dating for six months, not long after she ended her relationship with Mario Lopez. Unfortunately, they broke up later that year, but they stayed friends and continued to enjoy trips together.

They announced their split in August 2009 with a surprisingly friendly message: matching tweets! Derek shared that they had decided to end their romantic relationship, while Shannon added that they still cared for each other deeply and would remain friends.
Derek is now married to his dance partner Hayley Erbert.

Throughout season ten of Dancing with the Stars, fans speculated about a romance between two of the show’s most flirty partners, and they didn’t do much to discourage the rumors! They even playfully pretended to kiss during a performance on the finale. Years later, when Erin became a co-host, their playful back-and-forth continued, proving their chemistry hadn’t faded.
Erin is married to former NHL player Jarret Stoll, and they had a son named Mack in July 2023. As for the rumors about Erin and Maks, it seems like it was just a showmance.

Although many people speculated that the two began a romantic relationship during season 17, the Pretty Little Liars actor consistently stated he wasn’t dating Peta.
