You can find it lying on a metal shelf in the northeast corner of St. Valentine Mental Asylum while completing the “Cries Trapped In The Walls” side quest. To get there, crawl through a small opening in the laundry room.
Heinrich Fischer’s Last Will And Testament
On a bookshelf on the upper floor of the Town Hall.
Collecting all newspaper articles about the Fischer family will unlock the “Family Picture” trophy or achievement.
