Dylan Mulvaney‘s days of girlhood include a hair makeover.

Dylan has consistently been open about her physical features. In fact, as a champion for transgender rights, she shared her facial feminization surgery (FFS) experiences approximately three years back, which was featured in her “Days of Girlhood” TikTok series.
In a video posted in January 2023, she explained that the surgery lasted several hours. Specifically, she underwent a hairline advancement, brow bone reshaping, rhinoplasty, minor cheek augmentation, a small lip lift, jaw contouring, chin reduction, and a tracheal adjustment.
At that moment, she expressed, “I aimed to complete all tasks simultaneously as the recovery process is quite extensive.
Dylan highlighted that the process wasn’t like common cosmetic surgeries, but rather a deeply significant one for her, considering her previous battles with gender dysphoria, which she referred to as an exceptional and transformative step in her journey.
In a heartfelt manner, the 28-year-old expressed, “Without being transgender, these changes wouldn’t have been necessary for me. I believe it’s time we regard Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) equally important as other forms of gender-affirming healthcare.
Speaking from personal experience, I expressed, “I’ve saved up diligently over the years for such medical procedures since they’re scarcely insured. It’s brought me tremendous peace and I fervently believe we should all champion for improved healthcare for transgender individuals.
